What are we about?

What's New at Nurses Neighborhood?

Some new and not so new features..

We are very excited that Nurses Neighborhood is on Facebook!  We will be sharing when we have updates to our site, education opportunities as we find them and more.

There is no longer a password for our membership area of the site, you are free to browse.  This area will be revamped to be easier to navigate in the near future. If you haven't looked at this area we have posted some sample papers to help give you ideas for your own papers.  Plagiarism of these papers has been high so this may need to change but our thoughts are that sharing ideas and references is what we wanted our site to be about. I hate to lose the main reason I started this site so please do not copy.

CEU Updates

We have updated our nursing continuing education pages recently with some great new offers.  Some sales end soon .. breast cancer awareness education is on sale until 10/31/16.  Check them out now.

New personalized CEU plan

Being a subscriber has it's perks..  Hear about new features first!

Several package sizes will be available at great prices!

To our special readers we our offering a small package at the unbelievably low price of FREE!   Your package will include a minimum of 5 contact hours and a few randomly selected readers will receive a minimum of 15.

A belated Happy Case Management Week to everyone!

Legal Nurse Consulting

I have a coworker who does legal nurse consulting as a side job.  I really find this fascinating.  Learn more about legal nurse consulting and check out the free CEU course for even more information.

Featured nursing story

New Monthly Feature!

We love to hear from other nurses.  This month I am sharing an article about OR nursing submitted by our reader Paula.  Please check it out.

Sharing is what we are all about..

  • Why do you want to be a nurse?
  • Why did you become  a nurse?
  • Have a great story from nursing school or a crazy night shift?

We would love to hear it!

Please share your story with us and our readers. Post your story here! Your story may be featured in The Nurses Note.

Will you join our sharing community?

A private community where you can bounce around ideas for school or work, or share something your non-nursing friends would lose their lunch over (come on.. we have all been there..)

Let us know..

** This survey is now closed **

We will be adding a few more monthly feature items over the next few issues.

So until next time .. please visit our site and Facebook page and let's see where the sharing will take us.

I hope it will help all of us as much as sharing with others has helped me throughout my career.

Thank you for subscribing to The Nurses Note.

Thanks for reading,

J from the Nurses Neighborhood
